Bingara Riverside Caravan Park &
Warialda Caravan Park
country, friendly, RELAXING
Our Parks
The two parks sit about 50 kilometres apart along the Gwydir Highway — close enough to do both on a Gwydir Shire loop, and far enough apart to feel like two distinct country towns. Whichever you choose, the Gwydir good life is waiting.
Bingara Riverside Caravan Park
Set among mature shade trees opposite the mighty Gwydir River, next door to the Bingara Memorial Baths, and within walking distance of town and Batterham Lookout. Famous for its spring jacarandas along Keera Road. Eight deluxe cabins (including one accessible) plus powered and unpowered sites.
Warialda Caravan Park
Right on the corner of the Gwydir Highway, two blocks from the main street, adjacent to the War Memorial Olympic Pool, sports ground, and parks. Seven cabins (two standard, four deluxe, and one accessible) plus 20 powered and 15 unpowered sites. Beautifully kept amenities and an easy walk to everything you need.
About Us
Both Bingara Riverside Caravan Park and Warialda Caravan Park are owned and operated by Gwydir Shire Council. That means the same standards of cleanliness, amenities, and care at both parks — and it means the tariffs you pay at the gate are reinvested back into Gwydir Shire's tourism, infrastructure, and community.
Each park has its own on-site caretaker and team, who'll point you to the best of their town. And the Council's two Visitor Information Centres — at 74 Maitland Street, Bingara, and 2 Geddes Street, Warialda — are happy to help with anything you need beyond the park gates.
